Privacy

Pinloom measures how the site is used so we can add the parts people need and fix what is wrong. We keep it minimal:

• The searches you type, the part pages you open, and which documents and related parts you click.
• A random visitor id in a cookie (pp_sid), so we can count visitors and returning visitors. It contains no personal information.
• Device type (desktop, tablet or phone) and the name of the site that linked to us.
• Anonymous page statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.

We do not store IP addresses, names or account details. If you send a problem report and choose to add your email address, we use it only to tell you when the report is resolved.

Data is stored with Supabase (database, Frankfurt) and Vercel (hosting). To have a report or your email removed, use “Report a problem” on any part page and ask for it.
